Idea of march:
The idea of ​​carrying out the march is to commemorate one of the most important battles carried out on the territory of today’s Czech Republic. The indisputable result of the Great French Revolution (GFR) and the subsequent military campaign was the spread of the idea of ​​GFR for European states, ie FREEDOM, EQUALITY, BROTHERHOOD. The Civil Code was subsequently introduced in the conquered and subjugated slave territories. Especially freedom and equality before the law are the principles of today’s democratic society. The legacy of the GFR is therefore timeless, unfortunately won by the blood of soldiers on all sides. The possible connection of the charitable side of the march to the Military Solidarity Fund of the Army of the Czech Republic reminds that even the current soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic are bearers of the military tradition.

Passing the march:
It is possible to complete the march at least once in each calendar year, maximum 3 times. To do this, we offer you 3 types of routes and which ones you choose, or how you combine them, is up to you. The completed type of route will also be marked on the diploma awarded for the medal or on the commemorative diploma. The date on the diplomas will be uniform, ie. „2. 12. 202Y “. You can choose the route depending on your age:
– category A are persons from 15 to 45 years = the minimum length of the route is 20 km
– category B are persons 0 – 15 years and over 45 years = the minimum length of the route is 10 km
– category C are mixed groups of people A + B = the minimum length of the route is 10 km

When filling out the application form, do not forget to select from the scrolling window what type of route you will take:

virtual route
It is possible to complete it from 1st February to 15th December of the year, anywhere in any territory of your choice. It is necessary to observe the minimum length of the route according to the age of the participant (or a composed group of different age categories) and then send us a record from the trekking application in the form of a picture that proves that you completed the minimum length of the route.  

physical route
It is necessary to complete it from 1st February to 15th December of the year, directly on the territory of the Austerlitz battlefield. It is necessary to observe the minimum length of the route according to the age of the participant (or a group of different age categories) and then send us a record from the trekking application in the form of a map, which proves that you completed the minimum route directly on the battlefield. For your inspiration, there are several links in the ROUTES link that start / end at the same place and the routes lead to important places on the battlefield. When completing the route, it is necessary to respect the laws of the Czech Republic not only with regard to possible damage to agricultural crops and use only official roads, forest roads and field roads. 

authentic route
Due to the authenticity, it is necessary to complete it between 15th November and 15th December of the year, directly on the territory of the Austerlitz battlefield. It is necessary to start the route on the first day in the afternoon and cover about 5 km, sleep-over on the battlefield and on the second day to complete the rest of the mandatory minimum route length due to the age of the participant (or a group of different age categories). Then send us two records from the trekking application in the form of a map, which will prove that you slept on the battlefield and at the same time completed the minimum length of the route directly on the battlefield. When completing the route, it is necessary to respect the laws of the Czech Republic not only with regard to possible damage to agricultural crops and use only official roads, forest roads and field roads.

Conditions of registration *:
– we do accept only registration with delivery address in Europe

– international registration – delivery address only in EU country (.xls)
fill it, save changes and send it as attachement to e-mail: pochod3c@gmail.com as soon as possible. Number of starting spots is limeted by number of medals
– your payment must be done until 7 days after our response including invoice, when amount of starting fee depends on date of payment

Double or triple registration for the Austerlitz March:
– Are you interested in completing the march more than once in one calendar year?
– if 2 times, fill in your data in two lines of the application form and you will distinguish only how many participation will be the given line (eg. for the 1st line you select the 1st participation, for the 2nd line the 2nd participation). Two different records of routes are required. 
– if 3 times, follow the previous point but use 3 lines. Three different records of routes are required.

Double or triple registration for our another marches? :
– are you interested in registration not only for Austerlitz March but also for Military March CZ or Czech Statehood March?
– Please send all registration forms in 1 e-mail together. You will receive 1 payment orders, but medals will be delivered in 1 package. You will also save money for post fee.

Conditions of passing the route:
– your route must be passed from 1st JAN until 15th DEC of actual year
– when passing your route you must make a record of it, using some application that will record at least length of passed route and time. Output from the application must be a picture with passed length (in kilometres) and time. You can use for example – Endomondo, Strava, Runkeeper, Superlife, …
– output (picture) must be send to our e-mail not later than 15th DEC of actual year, 23:59 hrs as a proof of passing your route
– 1 person registrated = 1 record from application needed for Austerlitz March
– group of 2 or more persons = 1 record from application needed for Austerlitz March (if group walk together)

Date on diploma and sending of medal:
– regardless of the date when you send us the reccord, all diplomas and medals will be send by mail to given EU address not before end of JUL and after JUL in the end of every month until stocks of medals are exhausted
– after the stocks of medals are exhausted, delivery may take 2-5 months from the proof of completion of the route, at the latest with delivery by the end of year
– date on diplomas will be uniform „2. 12. 202Y“
– in case of joint packages (+ Military March CZ and/or Czech Statehood March) one package will be send together after passing all marhes

Marching passport VOJCHOD MILARCH ®:
– your 1st patricipation in VOJCHOD MILARCH ® marches? = you will receive Marching passport VOJCHOD MILARCH ®
– your 2nd or more participation in VOJCHOD MILARCH ® marches? = we will send you white sticker with stamp and you will fill marching data by our self
– please do not send us your Marching passport VOJCHOD MILARCH ® anymore 😉

Transfer of registration to another person:
– is not possible

Conditions of cancellation of registration and forfeiture of fee:
– if money do not reach our bank account – your registration will be cancelled
– after succesfull payment it is not possible to cancel your registration or transfer your registration (will be charged 100% cancellation fee), no refunds
– if the record of your route is not (will be not) sent until 15th DEC of actual year, 23:59 hrs, your registration fee forfeited, no refunds

Postage and packing fee:
– the number of registered persons with a medal is decisive for postage, same as deliver EU country
– depends on official prices of Czech postal office for EU and non EU coutries

* Participant´s rigts and conditions:
By submitting application form, the participant agrees to having their contact details used only by the organizing parties. By submitting registration form participant also agrees with all terms and conditions of the march. At the same time the participant declares that he/she read and understood procedural and security measures. Organizing parties have right to send you info e-mails about actual march or about another marches in future. Any participant can ask for deleting of his/her personal details saved by organizing parties. In this case participant must be aware of absolute deleting of his/her personal details and during next participation will be his/her participation judged as 1st participation.
